Role Overview

As an IT Service Technician Onsite Support, you will provide 2nd level support for client systems and end devices, conduct hardware replacement, troubleshoot hard- and software, and perform other tasks. You will be part of a team and work in a challenging environment. The role is based in Eschborn near Frankfurt and requires a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the IT sector.
