Job summary

Keuk Now GmbH, based at the head office in Germany, is seeking an IT support employee for a full-time, 40-hour week with on-call duties. You will create and process tickets, provide remote support, and collaborate with the 3rd level solutions teams to keep systems running securely.

Ideal candidates have completed IT training or equivalent, are customer-focused, speak very good German and good English, and hold a Class B driving licence. We offer training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Education: Completed training as an IT specialist, IT system electronics technician or comparable professional qualification or comparable experience.
• Networking: Friendly & customer-orientated appearance, willing to take on responsibility
• Market knowledge: Ideally experience in the field of modern media technology or network and information technology
• Working style: Independent, conscientious, solution- and service-orientated
• Language skills: Very good German and good English skills
• Additional requirements: Driving licence class B

Responsibilities
