Gulp AG in Nürnberg sucht einen IT-Support-Mitarbeiter für den IT-Kundenservice vor Ort. Sie unterstützen Kunden im 1st/2nd Level, installieren und konfigurieren Arbeitsplätze und helfen bei Umzügen, Rollouts und Neuinstallationen.

Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Grundkenntnisse Englisch bevorzugt, Bereitschaft zu Schicht- oder Wochenendarbeit, Führerschein Klasse B, Serviceorientierung, strukturiertes Arbeiten.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. IT-Systemelektroniker/in oder IT-Spezialist/in Fachrichtung Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare, nachweisbare IT-Support-Erfahrung.
• Gute Kenntnisse aktueller Standard-Hardware sowie Windows-Betriebssysteme und MS Office Anwendungen.

Aufgaben

• IT-Support für Geschäftskunden auf 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support, remote oder vor Ort.
• Aufbau, Aufbau- und Abbau von IT-Arbeitsplätzen; Unterstützung bei Arbeitsplatzwechseln, Rollouts und Neuinstallationen.
• Analyse und Lösung von HW- und SW-Problemen an Desktops, Notebooks, Mobilgeräten und Peripherie.
• Dokumentation aller Lösungswege im modernen Ticketsystem; Pflege von Asset- und Inventardaten.
• Unterstützung bei Verkabelung, Netzwerk-Topologien, IP-Vergaben und Konferenztechnik.

Responsibilities include: IT technical support for business clients in 1st and 2nd level support, including resolving incoming issues remotely or directly on-site; professional setup and dismantling of IT workstations, support during workplace relocations, and implementation of rollouts and new installations; and analysis and resolution of hardware and software problems with desktop PCs, notebooks, mobile devices, and peripherals. B. Printer or monitor installation and configuration of operating systems, especially Windows 11, as well as standard software, e.g. MS Office applications, according to customer specifications. Recording, qualification and documentation of all solution approaches in modern ticketing systems, including maintenance of asset and inventory data. Support with physical cabling, patching of network connections, allocation of IP addresses and maintenance of conference room technology.

• Completed vocational training in the IT field, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration or IT systems electronics technician, or alternatively, initial verifiable professional experience in IT support.
• Solid knowledge of current standard hardware as well as Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in using ticketing systems
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written, and ideally good English skills.
• Strong service and customer orientation as well as a structured way of working
• Willingness to work staggered service hours or on-call duty or weekend shifts
• Valid Class B driving licence and a clean criminal record
