As our new ERP Transformation – IT Project Manager, you will take charge of the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact IT projects within our global ERP transformation journey.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic assignment of tasks and (IT) resources across multiple project phases
• Manage internal teams and external partners, ensuring top-level technical experts are in place
• Coach and develop your project team to work efficiently and with a future-oriented mindset
• Balance priorities across a dynamic project landscape – from design to go-live
• Keep stakeholders informed through transparent communication and regular updates
• Drive project governance and compliance, ensuring we tick every box and stay ahead of risks
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and KPIs – and make smart adjustments where needed

What you bring

• A degree in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering or similar – or equivalent work experience
• Several years of experience in managing complex IT / ERP projects (ideally SAP S / 4HANA or comparable systems)
• Strong know-how in project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid) and project tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
• Experience in ERP transformation and a solid understanding of business processes across departments (e.g., Finance, Logistics, Procurement)
• Budget management and vendor coordination are part of your daily toolkit
• You’re a natural communicator – clear, convincing, and confident with all levels of stakeholders
