What you’ll do

• Drive the translation of strategic business requirements in the finance area into actionable initiatives, including configuration and design tasks
• Support in technical design and solution development in collaboration with Product Managers (m/f/d) and Solution Architects (m/f/d)
• Conduct in-depth data analyses to identify trends and insights that drive strategic decisions and improve product and service delivery outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing customer experience
• Customize, maintain, and further develop software applications (main focus SAP FI), including providing technical support, troubleshooting, documentation, and user training

Who you are

• You are an excellent communicator in written and spoken English and can manage stakeholders at all levels
• Proven track record of designing and deploying IT solutions for finance and controlling in large-scale enterprises
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to identify issues
• Experience with SAP and analytics tools on both database and visualization sides
• Excellent knowledge in finance and controlling architecture across cloud and on‑premise solutions and interfaces
• Fluent in English; German or additional languages are a plus
