Overview

To expand our team, we are looking for a full-time, permanent position (40 h/week) for an IT expert / IT coordinator (f/m/d) as soon as possible.

Your Contribution To The Team

• Administration and maintenance, especially in the area of ERP systems, HP hardware, MS servers, networks, firewalls and peripheral devices
• Administration of Microsoft SQL Server and virtual environments based on VMware
• Responsibility for data backup and recovery using Veeam
• Monitoring, analysis and troubleshooting of EDI processes in EDIFACT format
• User and rights management via Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365
• Data evaluations and creation of evaluations for management
• 1st and 2nd level support
• Further development of the IT infrastructure and optimization of business processes

Your Job Ingredients

• Successfully completed vocational training or degree in computer science or comparable IT qualification
• Sound knowledge of EDI in EDIFACT format, administration and network management
• Confident handling of common operating systems, network protocols and software applications
• Patience and friendliness in dealing with users
• Analytical thinking, structured way of working and strong problem-solving skills
• Good to very good knowledge of German
