Job title: Desktop Support Technician – Braunschweig, Germany

Staff needed: 1 x person | Duration: 4 Months

Responsibilities

• Wide range of tasks i.e. computer hardware, software, operating system support
• Maintain ticket updates for all work
• Experience of working in a user support environment
• Knowledge and experience of End User Devices and Hardware
• This position requires the ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork. Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 5 years IT experience
• Level 1/2 technician
• Have at A+, Server+. And other OEM server certifications
• Must hold a valid work permit
• Speak Deutsche/German to a good level - B2 minimum
