Qualifikationen

Responsibilities

• User support / application support for IT users at educational institutions
• Planning the use of presentation technology (whiteboards, digital board, projector, document camera)
• Equipping educational facilities with mobile devices (tablets and laptops)
• Installation and configuration of PCs, monitors, other hardware components, software products, operating systems and utilities, multifunctional devices and printer systems

Qualifications

• Completed training as an IT specialist (m / f / d) specializing in system integration or a comparable qualification
• up-to-date knowledge in the areas of hardware and network technology
• Experience in supporting IT users, ideally in educational institutions
• Class B driving license
• Strong communication skills, service orientation and ability to work in a team
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working
