Qualifikationen

They are looking for an experienced IT Business Process Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Customer Service (CS) and / or SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). Candidates should come ideally from large production companies with well-established Customer Service / After Sales / Plant Maintenance process landscapes.

Summary

In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to map, improve, and modernise business processes—particularly in preparation for the transition to S / 4HANA. A key focus will be the global redesign and harmonisation of Customer Service (CS) and Plant Maintenance (PM) processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and support business departments and key users in enhancing and optimising end-to-end Customer Service and Plant Maintenance processes
  • Analyse business requirements and service notifications, develop solution concepts, and configure tools and processes based on SAP standard functionality, SAP add-ons, and the company’s-specific enhancements
  • Lead and coordinate international SAP CS / PM projects
  • Manage and oversee internal and external resources for projects, change requests, and ongoing support activities
  • Develop and maintain system and process documentation
Qualifications
  • Degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience with in-depth SAP CS and / or PM customising expertise
  • Additional process knowledge in Sales (SD), Logistics, or Production is an advantage
  • SAP certifications are a plus
  • Excellent German skills (C2) and strong English proficiency (B2 / C1)
