Responsibilities

• Administration and maintenance of the IT infrastructure (server, storage, network, virtualization)
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows and Linux systems
• Support for Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365 and
• Virtualization platforms (Citrix XEN, Proxmox)
• Monitoring and performance optimization of the systems
• Ensuring IT security and performing backups
• Support with IT projects and migrations
• 2nd level support for internal and external customers

Qualifications

• Completed training as an IT specialist (m / f / d) or comparable training
• Professional experience in administration
• Very good knowledge in the support of server operating systems
• Good knowledge of network technology
• Good knowledge of server administration under Windows and Active Directory maintenance
• Knowledge of Citrix products desirable
• Basic knowledge of programming desirable
• Good written and spoken German language skills
