Hamburg-based asset manager for clean energy infrastructure is looking for an Investor Relations / Sales Manager (m/f/x) to join the team as soon as possible and in a permanent position.

Luxcara is an independent asset management company focusing on renewable energy and related infrastructure investments for institutional investors. The company currently manages assets worth about EUR 6 billion. Luxcara is one of the leading institutions for clean energy assets due to its strong and diversified background regarding the acquisition, structuring, financing and the management of clean energy infrastructure portfolios.

Your responsibilities

Your tasks will focus on the following areas:

  • Acquisition of new investors in Germany and abroad
  • Development of strategies for expansion into new markets such as England, Spain, France, and Italy
  • Maintenance of relationships with existing investors
  • Conducting direct meetings with investors at various locations
  • Presentation and explanation of our products and projects to investors
  • Attendance at trade shows and conferences
Your profile
  • Experience in sales or investor relations, ideally in the renewable energy sector
  • Hands‑on mentality and independent working style
  • Willingness to travel
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Very good command of spoken and written English, and ideally German
  • Ability to work in a team, openness, and a healthy dose of pragmatism
  • High flexibility and resilience, personal initiative, and a hands‑on mentality
