About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Supervisor to oversee daily inventory operations, ensure accuracy, and manage discrepancies within our warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing inventory data, developing corrective plans, and working closely with vendors to ensure that inventory accuracy is maintained. This is crucial to maintaining the efficiency of outbound operations and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Inventory Management : Oversee and manage daily inventory operations, ensuring the correct and accurate tracking of inventory levels.
• Discrepancy Analysis : Perform in-depth analysis of inventory discrepancies and develop corrective action plans to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Vendor Collaboration : Work closely with vendors to ensure inventory accuracy, holding them accountable for meeting this standard to prevent operational disruptions.
• Operational Efficiency : Ensure that inventory discrepancies are minimized to support the efficiency of outbound operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify root causes of inventory issues and collaborate with teams to implement solutions and continuous improvements.
• Reporting : Regularly generate and present reports on inventory accuracy, discrepancy trends, and corrective actions to senior management.
• Collaboration with Operations : Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth coordination between inventory management and outbound operations.
• Inventory Audits : Participate in regular inventory audits and support the preparation for periodic physical counts.
