Job Description

In this role, you’ll guide the business through complex regulatory landscapes across the EU and UK. You’ll advise teams, shape processes and ensure that every part of the operation meets the highest insurance compliance standards. Your tasks
  • Identify and assess insurance compliance and reputational risks, including new products and regulatory changes
  • Stay aware of regulatory developments and turn them into practical guidance for the business
  • Audit processes and documents to spot gaps, support teams in fixing them and strengthen overall controls
  • Advise senior management on compliance matters and external audits, backed by clear reporting to key stakeholders
  • Maintain and update compliance policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Develop and deliver compliance training sessions on relevant topics
Your qualifications
  • Degree‑level background with solid experience navigating regulatory requirements
  • Strong knowledge of EU and UK insurance distribution regulations
  • Fluent in English (German, French or Italian are a plus)
  • Sharp analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Able to explain complex topics clearly to different audiences
  • Skilled at building strong relationships with internal and external partners
