A global travel tech company in Berlin seeks an Inside Sales Representative to join the Sales & Service team. You will handle inbound leads, ensuring customers enjoy Smoobu to the fullest while converting trials into engagements. Successful candidates will have over 3 years of proven inside sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in CRM tools like Pipedrive. You, as part of our Sales & Service team, will interact with prospects to ensure they have the best possible experience using Smoobu. Your goal is to convert users in Free Trial (inbound leads) to engage with the software and help them in their buying decision.
