Inside Sales Representative (m/w/d) – Vertriebsinnendienst - DE - Braunschweig

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independent management of existing customer accounts
  • Processing and checking of orders
  • Recording and management of customer master data
  • Preparation of delivery documents for picking
  • Scheduling of finished products according to forecast planning
  • Preparation of quotations together with field sales staff
  • Handling of repair shipments
  • Dispatch and tracking of loan devices
  • Operational handling of export and import shipments
  • Ensuring compliance with customs regulations

Critical Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in internal sales or a comparable field
  • Professional experience in export and customs clearance, ideally also with knowledge of import clearance
  • Basic knowledge of ATLAS export procedures
  • Knowledge in export control is desirable
  • Solid SAP skills (Version R3)
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Structured and target group-oriented working style
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
