Inside Sales Representative – Data Centers – German / English (m/f/d) – Hamburg / Munich / Luxembourg (Hybrid)

In this role, you are responsible for active lead generation and form a key pillar of sustainable sales success.

  • You identify and qualify new leads through outbound and inbound activities
  • You conduct first contacts via phone, email and video calls to generate customer interest
  • You analyse and assess the potential for long‑term business relationships
  • You schedule qualified meetings for the Key Account Management team
  • You document and structure your activities in the CRM system
  • You work closely with business development and key account managers
  • You monitor market trends, target industries and key players in the data centre ecosystem

  • First experience in inside sales, sales support, lead generation or B2B customer contact in an IT‑driven environment
Languages
  • German C1–C2 level
  • Fluent English, including technical contexts
  • French is a plus
IT skills

  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus, ideally HubSpot
