We, at Leggett & Platt Inc., are searching for a Indirect Materials Buyer within our Purchasingteam to help support our Hydraulic business. Over the last 74 years, Pacoma has built a reputation as a world-class hydraulic cylinder manufacturer through our superior quality control and innovation. Pacoma is a leading supplier of hydraulic cylinders for material handling, construction, agriculture, and transportation markets. If you join our team, your work will ensure customers across the world have high-quality products they can use to keep their businesses running.

Your challenge

• Responsible for packaging materials, parts testing, company fixed assets, equipment, and so on non-production procurement.
• Procurement and development work: develop and establish comprehensive supplier resources and implement supplier development and management plans.
• Control procurement costs: Responsible for negotiating procurement matters and effectively managing procurement cost control.
• Carry out procurement, assist in organizing bids and tenders, negotiate prices, draft contracts, track orders, and cooperate with the related department for acceptance work.
• Accomplish other occasional tasks from director.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or above, more than two years of experience in non-production material procurement managemen.
• Proficient in computer operation and skilled in Microsoft Office software.
• Understand MRP/ERP knowledge.
• Familiar with product processing technology and workflow; Mechanical Engineering/Business Negotiation majors preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as team spirit.
