A security and identity solutions company in Berlin is seeking a Product Owner to lead the Active Directory Plant Pilot. The role involves managing product backlogs, ensuring secure integrations, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Active Directory Plant Pilot in alignment with the IT Product Manager
Own and manage the pilot product backlog (epics and user stories), including scope, acceptance criteria, and implementation readiness
Define the AD integration solution between Plant / DMZ environments and Enterprise AD (connectivity, trusts, segmentation, DNS, admin model)
Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making across IT, OT / Plant IT, security, network, DMZ, and compliance teams
Ensure a secure-by-design implementation, applying least privilege, privileged access, auditing, and industrial security constraints
Facilitate pilot testing and validation (functional, security, and operational)
Deliver a final pilot assessment, including lessons learned and rollout recommendations
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Service Owner, or Product Manager for identity, directory services, or security‑related platforms
Strong understanding of Active Directory fundamentals, including DNS, trusts, authentication (Kerberos / LDAP), and GPO governance
Experience designing or delivering identity solutions in segmented or DMZ environments; OT / industrial exposure is a plus
Strong security mindset, including privileged access, least privilege, auditability, and hardening principles
Demonstrated ability to drive structured decisions in complex, cross‑functional environments
Experience working with Agile delivery teams (Scrum / Kanban), including backlog refinement and acceptance criteria definition
Ability to work independently and manage complex initiatives with multiple dependencies
Contribute to a high‑impact identity and security pilot with global rollout potential
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across IT, OT, security, and compliance
Work in a complex and challenging environment where architecture, security, and delivery intersect
