IAM Integration Consultant / Senior Specialist IT‑Security (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support application onboarding to IAM platforms from consultation to integration. You’ll be the go‑to expert making it all work.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to architect, implement, and optimize secure identity solutions that scale with the business.
• Translate complex requirements into secure, intuitive, and user‑friendly IAM solutions.
• Stay hands‑on with modern authentication and authorization technologies, continuously exploring new tools, methods, and standards.
• Contribute to shaping IAM best practices, bringing fresh ideas and proven experience to keep us at the forefront of secure digital identity.

Qualifications

• You are a pro at consultancy and integration for onboarding applications into modern Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions — seamlessly connecting people, systems and data.
• You love getting into the details of secure and scalable identity architectures and have hands‑on experience with leading IAM tools like Sailpoint Identity Security Cloud, Keycloak, Microsoft Entra ID, Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• You speak the language of security fluently — from JWT, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, to SCIM — and you know how to apply current best practices to keep every interaction safe and smooth.
• You work independently and with precision, managing your projects with structure, ownership and a touch of creativity.
• You are familiar with modern secure coding practices, and you understand how development and security go hand in hand.
• You are fluent in English and comfortable working in German (B2 level) — collaborating across teams and cultures comes naturally to you.
