We are looking for motivated and communicative Polish-speaking Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) to support our customer service team for RAISIN. If you enjoy working with people, then you've come to the right place!

Working hours: Mon - Fri between 08:00 AM and 6:30 PM, no weekends

Salary: 2.409,33-2.659,33€/month (Fixed salary 2.409,33€/mon that 40h/week + performance bonus up to 250 €/month)

What you bring with you:

  • Fluency in Polish and English (C2-level)
  • Previous experience in a customer focused or sales environment, previous contact centre experience is desirable
  • Demonstrable experience of working within a structured process
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • Being flexible and open to a new challenge
  • Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn
  • Empathetic and socially competent personality
  • Valid work permit for Germany
  • Willingness to work in the office in Berlin
