Position Requirements

• Education：
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Thermal Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience：
  • 2.1 Minimum 3 years of experience in production engineering or process engineering in the automotive parts or air conditioning industry;
  • 2.2 Experience in automotive air conditioning systems or related components (compressors, condensers, evaporators) is preferred.
• Technical Skills：
  • 3.1 Familiar with manufacturing and assembly processes of automotive air conditioning components, and capable of production process optimization;
  • 3.2 Able to independently prepare process documentation (work instructions, process flow charts, PFMEA, control plans, etc.);
  • 3.3 Proficient in using common design software and office software;
  • 3.4 Knowledge of automotive quality management systems such as IATF16949, VDA, APQP, and PPAP;
  • 3.5 Strong ability to analyze and resolve production issues, and propose effective improvement measures.
• Competencies：
  • 4.1 Good communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with R&D, Quality, and Production teams;
  • 4.2 Continuous improvement mindset, familiar with lean manufacturing, process optimization, and cost control methods;
  • 4.3 Good English reading and writing skills.
