As a Senior CRM Sales Enablement Consultant (internally referred to as a Senior Sales Consultant), you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing our customers' sales performance, guiding them in adopting top-tier sales processes, technology, and enablement strategies.

To succeed in this role, you need to be a strategic, innovative, and results-oriented professional who excels at bridging business objectives with effective sales execution.

You will collaborate closely with clients to assess and enhance their sales and service processes, utilizing the HubSpot platform and various technologies to fuel business growth. This position demands proficiency in sales processes, revenue operations, sales enablement, and CRM strategy, as well as a passion for spearheading digital transformation.

Since this role supports our German-speaking clients, fluency in speaking and writing German is required.

Here are some of the tasks you'll work on:

  1. Sales & Service Process Optimization
  • Assess and optimize client sales and service processes across industries, including new business, customer retention, channel, and self-service sales processes.
  • Develop qualifying matrices (BANT, MEDDIC), and design scalable sales and go-to-market strategies to achieve client goals.
  • Deliver top-tier consultancy on sales, revenue, and service operations.
  1. Be an expert in sales and service best practices
  • Stay updated on sales and service methodologies to provide industry-specific recommendations.
  • Understand sales and service tools and their strategic alignment.
  • Provide expertise in HubSpot's sales, service, and CRM options; candidates without HubSpot experience but with strong analytical skills and quick learning ability will be considered.
  1. Develop and execute training and adoption strategies
  • Create comprehensive training plans for process and technology adoption.
  • Formulate long-term strategies and share best practices to enhance adoption and change management.
  • Communicate effectively and engage clients about progress and challenges.
  1. Support team growth and mentor fellow consultants
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource, demonstrating internal value.
  • Provide constructive feedback and suggest improvements to consulting practices and procedures.
  • Lead client projects by delivering strategic insights and collaborating with team members.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Mid to senior-level experience in sales consulting, revenue operations, sales management, or B2B sales strategy.
  • Preferred certification in Sandler, Winning by Design, Dale Carnegie, or similar.
  • Proven expertise in sales process design, enablement, organizational design, remuneration policy, sales strategy, and CRM requirements gathering.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, forecasting, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Meet the Team:

You will work closely with Amy Dwyer (Chief Strategy & Solution Officer) and receive support from Tony Kennard (Sales Consulting Team Lead).

Interview Process:

  • 1st Interview (30 min)
  • Presentation Interview (60 min)
  • Final Interview (30 min)

We aim to complete the process in under 3 weeks, subject to availability.
