HSE Manager

METLEN Energy & Metals is launching and expanding its M Renewables Division in Germany, and we are seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager to support the safe delivery of our utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
This is a senior departmental role with responsibility for leading and managing all HSE activities across project development, construction, commissioning, and early operations. The HSE Manager will play a critical role in ensuring full compliance with German legislation, EU directives, and industry best practices, while embedding a strong and proactive safety culture across projects, contractors, and internal teams.
The role will work closely with Project Directors, Project Managers, the Regional HSE Director, and external stakeholders, and will also support HSE compliance within METLEN's Berlin office.
