A global energy firm is seeking an HR Operations Specialist (m / f / d) in Frankfurt, Germany. The candidate will be responsible for managing HR processes including onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee support. This role requires advanced HR experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Workday, SAP, and Microsoft Office. The HR Operations Specialist (m / f / d) plays a critical role in managing and optimizing various HR processes including visa management reporting onboarding lifecycle exit payroll coordination and transactional support. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and systems to enhance employee experience and ensure compliance with organizational policies as well as to identify and execute on process improvement opportunities.
