A global logistics firm in Köln is seeking an HR Manager to oversee employee relations and support organizational initiatives. You will manage the German Work Council and ensure compliance with labor laws, collaborating across teams. The ideal candidate holds a post-graduate qualification and has at least 3 years of relevant experience. This role offers a hybrid work model and requires fluency in both German and English.
