The HR Experience Specialist will be responsible for providing hands-on support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring that Deels employees have a smooth, efficient, and positive experience across all HR processes. From onboarding to offboarding, you will work closely with global teams to address employee queries, assist with HR administration, and help implement HR initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. Your role will ensure that employees feel supported, informed, and engaged as they navigate Deels systems and processes in over 90 countries.
