JOIN OUR TEAM

As HR Controlling & Compensation Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and people impact – driving transparency, insight, and excellence across our People & Culture landscape. You’ll ensure that our compensation philosophy, analytics, and personnel cost management truly support Westwing’s ambitious growth. The position is permanentand based in Munichor Warsaw.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • build and maintain key People & Culture reports (e.g. headcount, attrition, compensation KPIs) and drive data quality across systems
  • provide actionable insights and analyses to P&C leadership, Finance, and Management, supporting strategic decisions and board reporting
  • manage and evolve our pay bands to ensure competitiveness, fairness, and alignment with our compensation philosophy
  • support the annual Performance & Pay Review process and equity-related topics in close collaboration with Finance and Legal
  • monitor P&C and Office budgets, conduct forecasts and variance analyses, and deliver sharp commentary for management
  • act as a key interface across Finance, P&C Ops, People Business Partners, and Sustainability, contributing to cross-functional analytics and ESG projects
YOU COME WITH
  • 3+ years of experience in Compensation, HR Controlling, or People Analytics
  • strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making
  • excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills and experience with HR systems (Personio a plus)
  • structured, detail-oriented working style with the ability to translate data into insights
  • collaborative spirit, ownership mentality, and drive for continuous improvement
  • fluent English; German is a plus
