A leading e-commerce company in Europe is seeking an HR Controlling & Compensation Manager to manage compensation analytics and support strategic decisions. The role demands strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and a collaborative spirit. As HR Controlling & Compensation Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and people impact – driving transparency, insight, and excellence across our People & Culture landscape. You’ll ensure that our compensation philosophy, analytics, and personnel cost management truly support Westwing’s ambitious growth. The position is permanentand based in Munichor Warsaw.
