YOUR ROLE

You will take on a key position with high visibility to management and executive leadership. You’re not just a numbers expert, but a driver of transparency and strategic decision‑making.

  • Responsibility from day one : From preparing figures to analysis and presentation – you manage your tasks independently.

YOUR TASKS
  • You are the central contact person for all topics related to personnel controlling.
  • You are responsible for monthly reporting, forecasting, budget planning, as well as ad‑hoc analyses and projects.
  • You further develop our reporting structures and data quality and use our HR systems efficiently.
  • With your analyses, you create transparency, support strategic decisions in HR, and provide impulses for process optimization.
  • Additionally, you prepare the monthly key report on the financial success of the PAYBACK Group for our parent company.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in HR controlling.
  • Degree in an economics‑related field.
  • Strong analytical thinking, conceptual skills, and a structured, precise working style.
  • Confident use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), ideally experience with IBM Cognos TM1 / Planning Analytics, MS Dynamics NAV / Business Central, and VBA.
  • Excellent German and very good English skills.
