As our HR Business Partner (f/m/d), you’re not just part of HR - you’re the bridge between our people initiatives and daily business reality. You’ll partner with managers eye-to-eye, help them navigate tricky people situations and empower them to grow as leaders. Think of yourself as a coach, a sparring partner, and a trusted guide who makes sure our values and culture are lived every single day.

Your Mission:
  • Be the go-to partner for managers: Guide them through people challenges - from performance talks to conflict resolution - always with empathy, pragmatism and solid German labor‑law advice.
  • Turn engagement & culture initiatives into action: Partner with our Engagement Manager to transform survey insights, retention ideas, and People Team projects into tangible outcomes that anchor our company values.
  • Develop talent & leadership: Shape org design, succession planning and career growth while strengthening leadership skills across the company.
  • Foster a strong performance & feedback culture: Coach leaders on giving feedback, setting goals, and managing performance fairly and transparently.
  • Support growth & change: Help teams thrive through change processes and scale while keeping us compliant and confident in a fast growing international business.
  • Use data for impact: Spot trends in turnover, performance or engagement early and help leaders act on insights.
Your Skills:
  • It's not the years of experience - It's customer centricity, conceptual & facilitation strength and the ability (and the willingness) of pivoting fast and adding value to experienced leaders
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law and employee relations
  • Fluent in German & English
  • Proven track record of coaching leaders and handling complex people situations
  • You thrive in ambiguity, love solving problems, and balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
  • High emotional intelligence, curiosity, and the drive to make things better
