What You Will Do
  • HRIS Management : Own the accuracy and integrity of all personnel data by responsibly adding, editing, and updating records within our core HRIS / HR tools.
  • Documentation & Compliance : Prepare, issue, and track all standard documentation, including employment agreements, official letters, and policy acknowledgments.
  • Global Compliance : Manage the initiation and tracking of HR compliance, e.g., required background checks, ensuring adherence to the specific legal requirements of each jurisdiction (country and state).
  • New Hire Onboarding : Coordinate the logistical aspects of the new hire experience, including system access requests, gathering necessary paperwork, and assisting with welcoming activities.
  • Offboarding Execution : Execute the comprehensive offboarding checklist, actively coordinating the timely retrieval of assets and system access termination with the IT and relevant departments.
  • Other HR duties as assigned.
Profile
  • Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in an HR or recruiting administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Experience or strong familiarity with HRIS / ATS platforms.
  • German : Native or fluent (both written and spoken).
  • English : Fluent and professional (both written and spoken).
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn quickly.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
