The Role

As part of the team, you will support a wide range of legal and HR-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Supporting contract preparation and negotiation processes
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents
  • Managing databases and document management systems (Personio)
  • Preparing resolutions and formal legal documentation
  • Handling selected administrative HR tasks
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders, occasionally across international locations
  • Ad hoc project work
  • Event and Office Management oversight
Your Profile
  • A qualification in a legal or HR-related field or a Bachelor’s degree in Law or HR.
  • Several years of experience in legal or HR environment
  • A solid understanding of employment and contract law
  • Strong skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in German and English are must-have criterian
  • A proactive, reliable and structured working style
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of integrity
