POSITION

For the Hotel Account Manager (Hotel Chains) (all genders) position, the future holder will be responsible for both corporate hotel program optimization (bookability and compliance of the hotel program; increase of corporate business) and the analysis and reporting of KPIs for strategic hotel chain partners in the respective region. You will plan, implement and execute strategies and initiatives with your partners and elevate our revenue streams. The role serves as an important interface between the needs of corporate customers and hotel chain partners, collaborating with the enterprise and procurement departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience. As direct report to the Director of Sales, you will manage and develop key hotel chain partner relationships.

CHALLENGE
  • Take full responsibility for hotel chain partner development in your region
  • Recommend platform products to hotel chain partners based on their needs
  • Describe platform products and explain their benefits and uses to hotel chain partners
  • Communicate with hotel chain partners in person, by phone and by email to understand their needs and experience with C- or D-Level stakeholders
  • Maintain a working knowledge of HRS Group products and services
  • Establish and nurture relationships with hotel chain partners to facilitate sales
  • Extract, analyze and interpret data from different sources to help partners understand how products help achieve goals
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales (CRM)
  • Advise and train hotel chain partners on HRS systems and applications

  • Ground experience in a relevant area of solution selling; business studies/degrees are an advantage
  • A commercially driven profile who is also data minded, with good analytical skills
  • Familiarity with relevant industry software, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking to address partner needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on experience managing initiatives from start to finish
  • Strong negotiation, time management and prioritization skills

Location, Mobility, Incentive
