Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage software engineering teams using Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality development efforts; monitor and adjust plans to meet objectives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operations and prioritize technology solutions.
  • Champion business process automation and continuous improvement.
  • Foster strategic relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Apply retrospective insights to improve team performance and delivery velocity.
  • Build self-sufficient Agile teams and support individual development through targeted growth plans.
  • Perform code reviews from team to determine employee productivity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing high-performing technology teams.
  • Strong understanding of software development technologies, tools, and processes.
  • Proven project management skills within Agile and Scrum environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong facilitation, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Pay and Employment Details

Pay range: $125,000 - $150,000

This is an exempt position. For salary positions only: The salary range is for Base Salary. Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and geographic location.
