The Compensation Analyst II plays a key role in the administration and support of the company’s incentive compensation programs. This position supports the Incentive Compensation Module (ICM) in Axiom and assists in managing incentive goal collection and plan execution. The role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders to implement and maintain effective compensation strategies, particularly during merger and acquisition activities. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing compensation reports, assisting with incentive plan design and budgeting, supporting employee agreement tracking, and maintaining accurate documentation and procedures. The Compensation Analyst also provides back-up support for incentive accrual projections and cross-trains to ensure continuity across related functions. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments in a dynamic and confidential environment.
In accordance with Colorado law: Colorado pay for this position is anticipated to be between $99,237.00 - $158,521.00, actual offers to be determined based on applicant’s skills, experience and education.
