Picture this: After your ramp up you’ll receive 5 warm inbound consults of vetted women ready for change. You'll dive deep into their stories – hormonal chaos, emotional eating, feeling like a failure – build trust like a true educator, create urgency with our proven sales framework, and close with empathy and conviction. Manage your pipeline in our simple CRM, join weekly call reviews to sharpen skills, and celebrate transformations. It's consultative closing at its best: no pressure, all impact.

Responsibilities (Your Path to Wins)

• Level up product knowledge via our training center for confident women's health consults.
• Join sales syncs to review calls, strategize pipelines, and hone your sales skill.
• You’re expected to maintain a 40% close rate or higher, so this is not for someone who is new to sales.
• Manage pipeline smartly: Consistently manage your pipeline of past consultations and nurture them to close.
• Keep the CRM and your tracking clean. We expect tracking sheets to be filled out and notes inside the CRM to be up to date.

Requirements (Must-Haves – No Exceptions)

• 2+ years high-ticket sales with $2k+ closes (health/fitness a plus; share your metrics).
• CRM understands the basics of most crms and most sales tech
• Female with genuine empathy for peri/post-menopausal struggles – you get their world.
• Balanced skills: High EQ listening, assertive closing (PI: High Dominance, High/Mod Extraversion).
• Full-time Mon-Fri availability
