To support our Creative team we are searching for a Head of UI Design (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

What You Will Do

• Lead, mentor and develop Team of UI Designers
• Ensure highest quality design of Mytheresa customer facing digital products
• Supervise design processes from ideation until delivery
• Ensure quality testing of UI implementation
• Ensure great collaboration with UX, Tech Teams and Creative Teams as well as any other stakeholders, both internal and external
• Create UI for our webshop, app, etc

Who You Are

• 8+ years experience in product design,2C, ideally e-commerce, backed up by portfolio
• 2+ years experience leading Product Design Team
• Expert knowledge of industry standard software: Figma, Adobe, Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Collaborative mindset and hands‑on approach
• Great organization and planning skills
• Understanding of luxury customer
• Fluent in English
