• In close coordination with the project managers and the strategic direction, you will plan resources efficiently and manage capacities in the team.

• You lead your team not only in a disciplinary, but also in a professional manner. You actively support the selection and implementation of new technologies and the continuous improvement of development processes and software methodology.

Your Qualifications

• You have a degree in the field of computer science or similar.
• Several years of management experience in the field of software development, ideally in an agile environment and in the field of embedded software and modern web architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of modern software development methods, tools and technologies
• Ideally, you have experience with C++ for the development of embedded software and Java, JS and HTML for the development of modern web applications.
• Experience in project planning
• Knowledge of the development of functional safety (e.g. ISO 26262) would be an advantage
• Strong communication skills and experience in dealing with various stakeholders
• A high degree of personal responsibility, coupled with an entrepreneurial and strategic approach
• A passion for innovation and strong problem-solving skills
• Fluent German and English
