- Ensure alignment with local regulatory requirements.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
- Proven experience in product leadership roles within iGaming (Casino, Sportsbook, Betting, Gamification);
- Strong understanding of the chosen LATAM region: user behavior, conversion patterns, payment habits, promotional expectations;
- Full command of key iGaming metrics: FTD, NGR, Conversion to Dep, ARPU, LTV, Retention, Reactivation;
- Strong analytical skills, hypothesis-driven mindset, and experience managing high-impact metrics;
- Ability to oversee multiple product streams;
- Experience building and scaling product teams;
- Experience with PSP integrations, KYC/AML workflows, and risk systems is a plus;
- Knowledge of casino provider mechanics, sportsbook line suppliers, and integration APIs;
- Advanced level of English.
