Predict42, the AI-first SaaS company behind the MIGO Feedback Hub, is scaling up. We help major enterprise clients turn scattered feedback of all types into actionable knowledge. To support our continued growth, we are restructuring our organization into focused streams: Platform (Data & ML), Innovation (Chat & AI), and Web Application (The main MIGO Hub).

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Head of Marketing to take ownership of our brand and demand generation. As we evolve from an "Insight Provider" to an "AI-Consultant" that proactively recommends business actions, you will lead the narrative that establishes Predict42 as a market leader.

You will work directly with our GTM Tribe and Product Owners to build a robust, world-class brand presence. You act as the critical link between our internal AI innovation and the external market, ensuring our messaging is built on solid value-based standards and reaches the right enterprise decision-makers.

The Role & Context

You will report directly to the Managing Director (MD). You will be the primary driver of our marketing strategy, collaborating with the Product Owners of the Innovation and Web Application teams to translate complex AI features into compelling user benefits. You will align closely with the CSO to ensure a seamless lead-to-revenue journey.

Responsibilities:
  • Demand Generation: Build and manage a scalable lead-generation engine, optimizing the funnel from awareness to sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
  • Product Marketing: Define our unique positioning in the Feedback Analytics space, highlighting our "AI-First" engine and proprietary retail data capabilities.
  • Content & Brand: Lead the creation of high-impact content (whitepapers, LinkedIn presence, case studies) that drives trust and authority.
  • Ecosystem Marketing: Position Predict42 within strategic partner ecosystems, ensuring our brand is recognized as the "Retail Brain" for enterprise clients.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with a background in AI, Data Analytics, or Enterprise software.
  • Growth Savvy: Strong command of marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) and experience managing performance-based budgets.
  • Storytelling: Ability to bridge the gap between "Deep Tech" and "Business Value," articulating how AI solves real problems for managers.
  • Language: Native/Fluent German and English are required.
  • Creative Freedom: Ownership of the entire marketing function in a fast-paced AI startup.
  • Impact: Directly influence the "Go-to-Market" success of a platform used by thousands.
  • Equity: Competitive compensation including Virtual Stock Options (VSOP).
