We’re looking for a Head of Liveops and Monetization – Portfolio Games to work on live operations and monetization strategies for our portfolio games.
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of the game’s live operations strategy, execution, and performance.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap in collaboration with the external studio and internal stakeholders.
- Lead the planning and execution of live events, content updates, and monetization campaigns that align with key KPIs.
- Analyze game performance, player behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Drive cross‑functional coordination with Game Design, UA, Data, and Creative teams to support game success.
- Champion the player experience while balancing business objectives and long‑term scalability.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Lead or Live Ops Manager in mobile gaming, in Casual or Hybrid Casual titles, preferably with puzzles.
- Strong understanding of mobile F2P game design, game economies, and user engagement loops.
- Proven track record in managing Live Ops and product roadmaps with measurable business impact.
- Excellent analytical skills – you love turning data into actionable insights.
- Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
- Experience working with remote teams or external development partners.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Unity, marketing analytics tools, or behavioral segmentation strategies.
