Overview

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Growth Marketing in Germany.

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on growth marketing leader to own and scale the full growth engine for a high-performing AI infrastructure platform. In this role, you will take end-to-end responsibility for web presence, SEO, analytics, conversion funnels, and paid experimentation. You will lead initiatives that drive qualified traffic, increase user activation, and optimize retention, while collaborating across product, engineering, and design teams. This position offers the chance to influence both brand identity and performance metrics, working in a fully remote environment with cross-functional teams across Europe and North America. You will be empowered to test, iterate, and implement growth strategies that have a direct impact on the company’s expansion and market presence.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the full website rebrand and relaunch, coordinating UX, copy, and performance with internal and external partners.
  • Define and implement a comprehensive SEO and keyword strategy to drive organic traffic.
  • Build and manage analytics and attribution systems, leveraging tools such as GA4, PostHog, Supabase, or Looker.
  • Optimize signup, activation, and retention funnels through data-driven experimentation.
  • Run high-impact paid campaigns to test messaging and acquire new users.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and developer relations teams to align content, strategy, and growth initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on weekly growth KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, activation, and churn.
Requirements

The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor, marketing expertise, and a collaborative mindset. Key qualifications include:

  • 3–7 years of experience in growth or digital marketing, ideally with developer tools, AI, or infrastructure platforms.
  • Proven ability to own growth strategy across SEO, analytics, and paid channels.
  • Strong command of GA4, Ahrefs, Search Console, Looker, or similar tools.
  • Data-driven and experimental approach to defining KPIs, testing hypotheses, and shipping solutions quickly.
  • Experience collaborating across engineering, design, and product teams.
  • Bonus: experience leading a brand or website redesign project.
  • Bonus: familiarity with LLMs, APIs, or developer platforms.
