We are looking for dedicated reinforcement for our purchasing team in Voerde, Bocholt or Chemnitz.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategic orientation in global, optimal procurement markets as well as analysing global markets and preparing forecasts

• Planning and implementation of global commodity strategies, achievement of CNI / budget targets

• (Support of) qualification of global suppliers in cooperation with cross functions

• Implementation and realisation of innovations and cost and value engineering at the supplier

• Leading a global team

Required Knowledge/ Skills, Education and Experience

• Degree in business administration or mechanical engineering

• Sound professional experience in purchasing, management experience and negotiating skills

• Very good knowledge of SAPR3 CO and MS Excel

• Strong ability to work in a team in an international environment

• Business fluent in English is essential due to the support of production sites abroad; willingness to travel abroad on business
