• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, EU/local regulations, and tax requirements
• Support strong internal controls to manage risk, safeguard funds, and prevent mismanagement
• Recruit, develop, and manage the finance team

• Oversee financial systems and tools, streamlining processes for greater efficiency

Key Requirements

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, public administration, or similar preferred
• Solid understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance
• Strong skills in financial modelling, forecasting, analysis, and reporting
• HGB / IFRS knowledge
• Sharp analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
• Confident communicator with proven leadership and team management experience
• Professional fluency in German and English; additional languages a plus
• High integrity and sound judgment when handling sensitive financial information
• Strong focus on compliance, risk management, and internal controls
