As Head of Design System (m / f / d), you will manage the personnel and technical aspects of a large area of responsibility. You will be the point of contact for complex and particularly difficult issues with strong decision-making and decision-making authority.

• You are responsible for development, implementation and adoption of a unified design-to-code design system that ensures consistent visual language and component scalability across all digital products
• You oversee the integration and continuous improvement of design tokens and reusable UI elements that support rapid iteration and robust user experiences
• You establish and refine advanced tools to streamline cross-functional collaboration between design, engineering, and product teams
• You leverage user feedback and usability testing insights to iteratively enhance the design system, aligning it with evolvingbrand identity, product requirements and technology trends
• You are responsible for selecting new employees, organizing the team, motivating employees, initiating training and furtherdevelopment and promoting talent
• You cascade the overarching strategy into your own area and develop design system strategies, basic regulations and work flow adotions
• You optimize the area of responsibility based on key figures, increase process efficiency and perform budget planning tasks
• You represent work results to the higher management level
• You are involved in projects
