A global health technology company based in Berlin is seeking a Head of Conversion Rate Optimization to lead their CRO strategy. You will manage a team of specialists, optimize global lead-generation funnels, and ensure alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience in CRO and digital product management, with a strong analytical mindset and leadership skills.
