Qualifikationen

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and disciplinary leadership of an SAP BI/Analytics team
• Develop and implement the company‑wide SAP Analytics strategy
• Steer projects for deployment and optimisation of SAP BI solutions (SAP BW, SAC, Datasphere, etc.)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements
• Ensure data quality and governance in SAP Analytics systems
• Evaluate new technologies and trends in the SAP Analytics environment (AI, ML, Embedded Analytics)
• Oversee the budget for the SAP Business Applications area and related projects
• Shape the operational build of the analytics system landscape

Qualifications

• Completed degree in (business) IT, economics or equivalent
• Several years of solid experience in SAP BI/Analytics, preferably with leadership experience
• Deep understanding of SAP BW/4HANA, SAC, Datasphere, and S/4HANA Embedded Analytics
• Experience leading complex SAP projects and managing change and stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to work with cross‑functional teams and external service providers
• Very good German and English language skills
