• You take full ownership of our Adobe portfolio – from AEM to Analytics, Target, and AEP – and carry both the performance and people responsibility for your team.
• You build a strong team of consultants, architects, and developers, nurture talent, and create an environment where everyone can do their best work.
• You drive the strategic development of the Adobe area, create innovative solutions, and establish strong partnerships – keeping our projects one step ahead.
• You work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Adobe to position diva-e as a top player in the Adobe ecosystem.
• You ensure smooth end-to-end delivery – from consulting to implementation – and take ownership of international delivery structures, including nearshore and offshore teams.
• You make clear decisions, work in a structured and goal-oriented way, and inspire both clients and your team with your confident presence – on all levels and in both German and English.
• You have deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, especially AEM, along with experience in other tools like Target, Analytics, or AEP.
• You have built and developed teams and lead with integrity, trust, and a focus on results.
• You know the entire project lifecycle – from consulting and planning to implementing complex enterprise solutions.
• You think strategically, act solution-oriented, and are eager to drive the Adobe business forward.
• You present yourself confidently at all levels – within your team, with clients, and at the C-level – in both German and English.
• You work in a structured, decisive, and goal-focused way. A technical background is a plus, but not required.
