With Gymondo 7Mind and BuddyFit we help millions of people build healthier routines physically and mentally. To strengthen our Product & Design team we’re hiring a Mid Product Designer (m / f / d) who will craft seamless, motivating and intuitive experiences across Android, iOS and Web.

As a Mid Product Designer (m / f / d) you’ll design experiences that make it easier for people to move, feel better and stay consistent. You’ll own meaningful product areas and work closely with product managers and engineers to design solutions that improve acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.

This role is hands‑on: you’ll move from understanding the problem to shaping user journeys to delivering polished interfaces ready for implementation.

Your work will be visible, measurable and genuinely helpful for our users.

Your Mission

Design experiences people love to return to

• Create clear intuitive flows and interactions that remove friction and support healthy routines.
• Improve key product moments across onboarding, workouts, engagement and long‑term habit building.

Work end-to-end on real product challenges

• Move from understanding the problem to mapping journeys to delivering polished UI ready for implementation.
• Ensure your designs are easy to build, easy to use and easy to maintain.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to turn your ideas into fast, reliable and accessible experiences.

Design with insight, not guesswork

• Use data, interviews, experiments and research to guide your decisions.
• Iterate quickly and measure the effect of your work on real user behaviour.

Strengthen and evolve our design foundation

• Work with our design system, refine existing patterns and extend components when needed.
• Help us bring consistency across mobile and web experiences.

Be an active partner in a cross‑functional team

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data with clarity and transparency.
• Bring structure to discussions and help your team make thoughtful user‑centered decisions.

Your Story

You bring

• 3 years designing digital products end-to-end (ideally in fitness, healthcare, finance, e‑commerce or similarly complex domains).
• A portfolio showcasing strong interaction design: thoughtful flows, clear IA, well‑reasoned decisions.
• Experience working in agile teams collaborating with engineers and PMs (Scrum experience is a plus).
• Solid grounding in UX research & data‑informed design using insights to refine solutions.
• A sharp eye for visual / UI quality: hierarchy, spacing, component consistency.
• Experience using or contributing to a design system.

You are

• Curious, open to feedback and comfortable iterating quickly.
• Able to explain your thinking clearly to designers, engineers and non‑design stakeholders.
• Motivated by designing products that help people feel stronger, healthier and more in control of their wellbeing.
