Group Key Account Manager Markant (m / f / d)
In this role, you will take full responsibility for your customers – from P&L management and the achievement of sales and profit targets, to the implementation of strategic growth initiatives and the independent management of your accounts, reporting directly to the Sales Director Off-Trade.
Your Mission
- Independently lead and conduct annual negotiations with your assigned customers
- Manage your accounts in line with company goals, priorities, and growth strategies
- Full P&L responsibility with a focus on sustainable and profitable growth
- Take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and target achievement
- Participate in internal and external sales events (trade fairs, exhibitions, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with KAM, Brand Management, and other key interfaces to develop tailored customer offers
- Contribute actively to overarching national and international projects within the Stock Spirits Group

Your Strengths
- Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at decision-maker level
- Solid understanding of cross‑functional collaboration
- Ability to balance short‑term priorities with long‑term growth goals
- At least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector (grocery & discount channels)
- Degree in Business Administration or completed commercial training
- Ideally, GS1 Category Management certification
- High self-motivation, strong organizational skills, team orientation, and sense of responsibility
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
