Your role

We are looking for an experienced GroupCommercial Finance & Transformation Manager to lead and drive strategic finance initiatives across our global organization. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping our financial systems, enabling profitable growth, and supporting international expansion with data-driven insights. You will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, building an agile and future-ready finance function that drives efficiency, integration, and sustainable growth.

• Own and manage the financial transformation agenda – from vision to execution!
• Define and implement a strategic roadmap for financial systems, driving automation, harmonization, and integration across international operations
• Champion performance management by monitoring sales performance, delivering KPI reporting, and translating insights into clear business actions
• Partner with commercial and operational leaders to shape strategy, providing deep financial analysis and actionable recommendations
• Lead product profitability assessments to optimize portfolio performance and guide strategic resource allocation
• Develop and evaluate business cases for new growth opportunities, including internationalization, new distribution models, and digital marketplaces
• Spearhead change initiatives that strengthen cross-functional collaboration and improve efficiency
• Advance the use of AI-driven analytics to unlock insights, enhance decision-making, and accelerate growth

Your profile

• Proven experience (5+ years) in financial reporting, financial systems implementation, and analysis, ideally within an international environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - strong understanding of IFRS and project management qualifications are a plus!
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
• Strong project management skills and proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives
• Passion for driving transformation, innovation, and sustainable business growth
